If something has gone wrong with the service or a payment, this is how we handle it:

Email billing@purifyai.app or call / WhatsApp +92 315 6877105 with your account email and, for payment issues, your invoice number.
We acknowledge every complaint within 1 business day.
Most complaints are resolved within 3 business days, and all within 7 business days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
Approved refunds are issued immediately and reach the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, reply asking for escalation and the complaint is reviewed by the CEO.
